Return Policy

We recommend you to check your order, if there is any product is found damaged or incorrect product according to your order after you received the order. We will offer exchange or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s). Buyer should contact us within 7 days of your delivery date at [email protected]. Do note that incorrect products are not used, and in the original box and /or packaging. Ren Ji Tang reserves the right to inspect the returned product and to decide whether the product was rightfully returned by this paragraph.
